XomSom Terms of Use & Posting Rules

1. Viewing and posting

• Anyone can view posts without an account.
• Posting requires signing in with an active account. Posters must be 18 or older, or have a parent's / guardian's consent. Posting for an organisation means you confirm it has authorised you.
• Posting is currently free. If paid features are added later, their price and terms will be shown clearly before you use them.
• Each post needs: a kind, an industry, a title (3–80 characters), a description and an address (country, administrative levels, street). Price, images (up to 6), one video and contact details are optional; a map pin is optional too.

2. Run time and limits

• A post runs for 24 hours from posting (or renewing), then hides on its own.
• Each account may have up to 3 running posts at once. Hidden or expired posts do not count.
• An expired post is kept for 7 days so you can renew it; after that it is deleted for good and cannot be restored.
• The order and frequency in which posts appear are random. We do not promise any number of views, opens or business results.
• To keep the service stable, reads and writes are rate-limited per minute; going over the limit temporarily rejects the request.

3. Prohibited content

You must not post anything that:

• Breaks the law of Vietnam or of the place you post in: banned, counterfeit or untraceable goods; drugs, weapons, stimulants; gambling or betting; unlicensed financial services.
• Scams, disguised pyramid schemes, "easy work, high pay" lures, fake deposits, or impersonating organisations or people.
• Sexual content, violence, hate or discrimination; anything harming children.
• Infringes others' copyright, trademarks, likeness or personal data (e.g. posting the phone number or address of someone who did not agree).
• Is false about price, quality, address or industry; mass-duplicates posts to crowd out others; or links to malware or phishing pages.
• Advertises a regulated trade (healthcare, pharmacy, education, finance, real estate…) without holding the licence it needs.

4. Poster responsibility

• You are fully responsible for the content, images, videos, prices and contact details in your posts, and you must hold the rights to publish them.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, free licence to store, display and distribute your post on XomSom for as long as it is kept.
• Posts — including the contact details and address you enter — are public to everyone; do not include anything you do not want made public.
• Keep your password and sessions secret. You are responsible for every post made under your account.

5. Deals between viewers and posters

XomSom only displays posts. We are not the seller, buyer, broker or guarantor of any deal, we do not inspect goods or services and we do not handle payments between the parties. Check the seller and the goods yourself and do not pay deposits unless you are sure.

6. Removal and suspension

• We may remove any post that breaks these terms or the law without notice. A removed post cannot be run again or renewed.
• Serious or repeated breaches may lead to losing the right to post or to account suspension.
• When a competent authority requires it, we may remove posts and disclose information as the law requires.
• Seen a post that breaks the rules? Send its link or title to kimthiendung@gmail.com. We review reports and respond within a reasonable time.

7. Limitation of liability

XomSom is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from users' posts, from deals between users, or from temporary outages or posts lost to technical faults. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Changes, governing law and disputes

• When these terms change, the new version is published on this page and applies from the effective date shown at the top. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; failing that, by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
• The Vietnamese version prevails if the two languages differ.
